Nine 1.25 hour sessions

Based on the second-level LEGO Education Prime kits and curriculum, this class provides an advanced level of engineering and coding with a focus on teamwork and problem-solving. It is appropriate for middle school students.

Working in teams of 2, students build robots that include a wireless hub, then, using a connected tablet and the LEGO app, use drag-and-drop coding to bring the robots to life. As the term advances teams are challenged to code their robots to compete in complex activities such as obstacle courses, soccer games, etc.
